Puuko seems like an unusual name for a site. I don't have the faintest idea what it means, but it translates into a huge site filled with manga, doujin and hentai, so that is promising. Of course, this isn't an exclusive collection, but there is more to this site than first meets the eye.
If you also happen to enjoy real babes and awesome JAV hardcore, then you're in luck. Puuko is part of the All Japanese Pass and you instantly get access to 22 sites. Some of the other sites include BigTitsTokyo, BukkakeNow, WeirdJapan and JCosplay. In addition, there are live cam and games links on the members' area.
The page-top menu has a number of selections. The DVD area links you to 151 scenes from Hentai DVDs. These aren't full DVDs, but scenes are clearly labeled so that you know which part of the movie you're getting and what the other parts are likely called. Unfortunately, the scenes from a specific DVD are not listed in order, so you will have to do a bit of searching on your own. Another section called 'Movies' contains hentai and anime movies. They are organized in a similar way to the DVDs and there are 158 of these scenes, but a lot of the DVD scenes are actually repeated in this second gallery. All scenes can be streamed and there are three MP4 quality download. The best MP4 quality is 2080kbps, 1710kbps, 636x424.
There are three image sections. The basic 'pictures' area contains 1254 sets, the doujin area contains 3362 sets and under the manga title there are 2580 sets. It is an overwhelming amount of content and even if it isn't exclusive, there is surely bound to be a good amount you haven't seen before. Zip downloads are available, but no slideshows. However, you can also easily save the images one-at-a-time. There isn't really a consistent size for the images. I found 800x600 sizes in the 'pictures' category and I found 2047x1427 sized doujin images.
The featured menu helps you to find specific types of content, but individual galleries also include a few sorting features. There are screenshots with the the movies, but there isn't a single bit of information about what any of these scenes are about and there aren't sub-categories, either. Basically, you'll need to fend for yourself in figuring out what you might like and in this way, the site could use a lot of improvement. As for updates? There hasn't been a movie update since October 2012.
Final Verdict
Puuko needs work and it also could stand to update the movie section. I can't tell how frequently the different image areas are updated, but I'd guess just as often. The collection is large and with all the bonus sites from All Japanese Pass, you end up getting a shitload of content at a reasonable price. However, none of it is particularly exclusive, so this is something you might want to consider, amongst other things, before joining.
